LEWISVILLE, Texas (May 15, 2008) – MedMark Services, Inc. has completed the relocation of their corporate headquarters from the Chicago area to Lewisville, Texas. The national health care corporation, which specializes in primary health care services and substance abuse treatment, currently operates 14 facilities located throughout California and Florida with plans for nationwide expansion.

For more than a decade, MedMark has operated community-based outpatient clinics in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans’ Affairs. These clinics are designed to bring high-quality, convenient primary health care services exclusively to the veteran population.

MedMark also specializes in substance abuse and addiction therapies. The company currently offers outpatient substance abuse treatment through their network of facilities throughout California with plans to expand their services to include inpatient and residential programs across the country.

With more than two decades of health care administration experience in psychiatric care and substance abuse, previous positions also include President of Contract Management Services for Nashville-based Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. and CEO of Charles River Hospital and Charles River Health Management, a specialty psychiatric and substance abuse contract management company located in Massachusetts.
