LEWISVILLE, Texas (April 20, 2009) -- MedMark Services, Inc. today announced that Frank Baumann has joined the company as Vice President of Development.  In this role, he is responsible for all strategic development and acquisition activity of the company.  

Mr. Baumann previously was with Horizon Health Corporation  for 10 years where he held key leadership roles including President of Hospital Services, President of Contract Management Services and Senior Vice President of Operations.  He brings significant experience in the area of business development and acquisitions to MedMark.
